Outreach
BBS and BBT strive to make dance accessible to the Benicia and surrounding Bay Area community. The school and theatre participate in various outreach events throughout the year, some of which have included: Open Artists Studios at the Benicia Arsenal, Arts in the Park, Benicia Library demonstrations, Benicia's annual 4th of July parade, and annual Homecoming parade. We seek to promote general knowledge of dance, performance, and health to both children and adults alike. Outreach events are also an opportunity to provide current students with more performance events, as well as encourage them to play a part in their community's growth.
